• Application Form is available on NHMP website: www.nhmp.gov.pk
• Candidates are advised to fill in the entire application form carefully, particularly ensure correct entries of district of domicile, educational qualification, experience, date of birth, gender, religion and nature of disability.
• In order to ascertain the eligibility of the candidates for the applied post(s), attested copies of documents especially educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, driving license, experience certificate, disability and minority certificates must be attached with the application form.
• Separate application form will be used for applying more than one post.
• Post, Sector/Highway/Motorway/Women/Minority/Disable Quota and district of Domicile must be clearly mentioned in the application form.
• Candidates possessing relevant Domicile can apply for more than one Post/Sector/Highway/Motorway.
