We are seeking a hands on Inside Sales Manager with a positive go-getter attitude, who will inspire, ignite and lead a team of remote Inside Sales representatives by example.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales Executives that prospect through cold-calling
  • Help present our SaaS solution online and help close deals
  • Overview complete sales cycle and KPIs
  • Follow defined sales process and sales metrics
  • Update and accurately forecast future sales
  • Help Team develop an ever-growing sales pipeline in line with sales plans
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through consultative sales and customer care
  • Seek out SMB & Mid Market clients

Requirements

  • Natural leader
  • 4 + years of software sales experience or Solution Selling experience
  • 4 + Years of experience leading / coaching Solution Selling sales team of more than 6 people
  • Experience using any commercial CRM (experience with Zoho a plus)
  • Understands and enjoys technology
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused and result-oriented sales teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Bachelor degree preferred
