Job Details:

1. Achieve or exceeds agreed sales targets in Corporate and MT& GT Channels

2. Ensuring timely recoveries and controlling the overdue accounts per credit policy.

3. Recommending and planning strategies for marketing & promotion of thebrand through product-wise and market-wise strategies. Increasing market share and market reach of Enviro products.

4. Participating in Tenders and registering Enviro in key corporate sectors of Pakistan

5. Responsible for channel expansion through various marketing / business strategies and retention of existing customers.

6. Monitoring the stock aging and ensuring the stock balance is within the agreed range.

7. Ensure OPEX cost is within budget

8. Coordinate with management Sales in implementation of Company Vision & Mission in assigned business segments.

9. Negotiation with Metro and Hyper-star buyers regarding the annual contract and day to day prices

10. Developing the business in line with corporate vision& business objectives and developing SOP’s for the business and implement them with the approval of management.

11. Responsible for sales forecasting and tracking. Developing and adhering to the business plan to attain this vision.

12. Conducting SWOT analysis and reporting national market information to the management with regard to the business using the product trend, strengths & opportunities and also proactively planning for strategies & procedure to tackle weaknesses & threats.

13. Preparing sales policies and trade offers & recommending pricing strategies for achievement of targets with the approval of management to ensure achievement of sales targets in a profitable manner.

14. Preparing reports and other support material for GM Sales, HQ Team and Board of Directors.

15. Coordinate with Category Sales Managers to forecast product planning and execution

16. Establish key relationships with corporate clients and government agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.

17. Any other task assigned by the management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs90,000.00 – Rs100,000.00 per month
